Our service fees cover our coordination labour. Product payment, sample fees, freight, courier, third‑party inspection, customs duties and tax are separate costs to be paid by client, and will be quoted separately before proceeding.
We act only as sourcing coordinator. We share information provided by Chinese suppliers but cannot guarantee product quality, production lead‑time or stock availability. All supplier commitments must be confirmed directly with suppliers.
We can coordinate and collect multiple shipping quotations from freight forwarders for your comparison. We do not own shipping companies. Import duties, GST and clearance in Australia are the buyer’s responsibility.
